Am I a Miles Guy Now?

My brain thinks in minutes and physiological response to workouts depends upon a mixture of time and intensity. However, teenagers don't think like that. Sometimes you have to consider what's going to inspire or motivate the squad you're working with. And in the summer, with vacations, work schedules, etc. sometimes it's easier to assign training in miles vs minutes so that kids can have a concrete number they are trying to hit.
On Monday, I am going to reveal "weekly mileage goals" for my team. This may not sound groundbreaking, but none of these kids have lived on anything but "minutes". in the past. I realize kids hate change, but god forbid a coach try something new!
I'll probably change this as I see how kids respond, but here's what I have in mind.
