This online, self-paced, 8-week course is designed for cross country and track & field coaches seeking to deepen their understanding of endurance training theory and application. Through a curated library of expert-led webinars, coaches will explore a wide range of topics—such as periodization, strength and plyometric training, program development, lactate threshold training, mental preparation, periodization schemes, long-term development, and more.
Participants will engage with the material by posting thoughtful reflections and creating real-world coaching tools that can be immediately applied to their own athletes and programs. Whether you're refining your philosophy, building your training system, or searching for advanced insights, this course meets you where you are.
Coaches choose their own learning path by selecting webinars that align with their interests and needs.
