Dissecting Marius Bakken's New Book, "The Norwegian Method"

I think I can speak for a lot of coaches when I say that I was excited to read Marius Bakken's new book, "The Norwegian Method Applied". One of the main things I took away from putting together some posts and slides is that I spelled "Norwegian" about as many ways as a guy could. I think I finally nailed it, though.
