MER

This morning's webinar with the University of Idaho's Head Coach, Tracy Hellman was terrific.


One of the key components of Hellman's training is the MER, or Medium Endurance Run (moderate?..I can't remember the exact terminology). This workout address that "in-between" zone that's not a workout yet not an easy run.
