Tom Brumlik

Baltimore 800 Coach

Tom Brumlik coaches professional 800m runners for Under Armour.

In 2016, Tom created the District Track Club with partners Drew Mearns and Matt Centrowitz. The club operated out of the Washington DC area for 6 years and was focused on events from 800m to 5000m while placing a large emphasis on community engagement.

During this time, Tom also coached at Yorktown HS in Arlington, VA from 2018-2020.

In 2022 the club - now rebranded and renamed to "Baltimore 800m"- began to specifically focus on the 800m and moved to Baltimore to work closer with Under Armour.

Before working with District Track Club, Tom coached at American University and re-developed their recruiting programs and processes.

Tom began his coaching career at Westerville North HS in Westerville, Ohio where he coached their distance program for 5 years.
